General Conditions of Sale

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern sales made on the site www.lemondehaneko.fr , owned by Aurélie Badaire , hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”, to any private or professional customer, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”.
1. Products offered
Haneko Studio offers for sale:
- Illustrations printed on posters, mugs and tote bags,
- Personalized services visible on the “My services” page.
All products are illustrated by the designer Aurélie Badaire, whose rights remain her exclusive property (see article 10).
2. Customers concerned
The products are intended for:
- private customers ,
- professionals , within the limit of non-commercial use of the illustrations (except with specific written agreement).
3. Orders
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.
Custom orders are subject to specific conditions available on the corresponding page.
4. Prices and payment terms
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT included where applicable).
Payment is due immediately upon ordering and is made via:
- Bank card
- PayPal
5. Manufacturing and delivery times
- Manufacturing time : 7 working days.
- Delivery times : between 2 and 7 working days , depending on the destination.
- Delivery method : Colissimo with tracking number sent to the Customer.
🛑 Deliveries are limited to Europe.
For any order to be sent abroad, the Customer must contact me in advance by message in order to study the feasibility and shipping conditions.
Free shipping is currently not offered. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order and delivery address.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, provided that:
- The product has not been opened or used,
- It must be returned in its original packaging , in perfect condition.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Reimbursement will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned product, excluding delivery costs .
⚠️ No right of withdrawal is possible for personalized orders or digital files sent at the express request of the customer before the end of the legal deadline.
7. Defective Products or Printing Errors
In the event of a manufacturing or printing defect:
- The Customer must send a photo of the product concerned by email via the contact form within 7 days of receipt.
- After verification, an exchange or credit will be offered. No refunds will be made.
- Return costs are covered by the Seller in the event of a proven defect.
8. Cancellation of order
An order can be cancelled as long as it has not been put into production.
Bank or processing fees are the responsibility of the Customer .
A cancellation request must be submitted by email as soon as possible.
9. Intellectual Property
All visuals, illustrations, texts and creations present on the lemondehaneko.fr site are the exclusive property of Aurélie Badaire .
No reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use of the contents is authorized without the written consent of the author.
The purchase of a product does not entail any transfer of copyright .
10. Personal data
The personal data collected is only used for order management and is never resold.
In accordance with current regulations, the Client may request to consult, modify or delete their personal data.

12. Applicable law
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the Seller's address.
